We forgot how to have fun. We remember the fun we USED to have and now when we think of fun it's often riddled with guilt and shame that comes from the idea that we are stealing time away from what we are SUPPOSED to be doing, we think we don't deserve to think only about ourselves and we hear the small voice of disapproval from the world ringing in our ears.
When is the last time you had fun? Lisa will guide you into the fun zone where you can relax and be yourself. Are you ready to create, transform, and have some fun?
Lisa Jo Jimenez is the founder of The Mariposa Group, Creative Life Happy Soul, and the SheisMe Conference. Lisa is the founder of the SheisMe Conference, an art therapist, retreat facilitator, empowerment coach, professional artist, musician, mom, dog mom, and partner.
Her mission: To help women uncover their gifts, believe in themselves, and live the life they were meant to live. No excuses. No apologies.
It is Lisa's life's work as a healer, creator and transformational coach, to help all women that she attracts to realize their magic, to stand strong in themselves, and to live their most authentic and abundant life.
Lisa created SheisMe so that no woman would ever feel like she was alone. She is a domestic violence survivor, a veteran tech executive and a lightworker.

Nisha Parekh Fashion Design is a new childrenswear brand offering timeless and refined Indo-fusion silhouettes for the modern girl with designs that are fun, versatile and comfortable. The Vancouver-based brand is a visual celebration of the designer's cultural background. Being a first-generation Indian born and raised in England, the beauty and style were taken from the contradictions of straddling two cultures
Her journey started with a reiki session that she won at a carnival. This propelled her into my spiritual journey of healing her inner child by shedding her limiting beliefs and aligning with her purpose. As much as she loved science, she was craving creativity. During her maternity, she learnt to sew and design. she was drawn to the fabrics and the process of design. she had no plan other than to keep creating. My love of fashion and art merged, and her mission became clear- to inspire young girls through the power of fashion.
Her first collection launched this year and was named "Speak Your Truth". She took traditional South-Asian silhouettes and added custom modern artwork and features that symbolize transformation. She also added a custom Speak your truth emblem to remind and empower each girl wearing my clothing never to be afraid to speak up.

"From Ruin to Reinvention: One Survivor’s story of Resilience and Post-Traumatic Growth"
4pm, Sunday, October 16
This presentation focuses on how we rebuild after a trauma. Listeners will begin to understand what a trauma response is, what resilience is (and perhaps more importantly what it isn’t), and be introduced to the steps of post-traumatic growth: learning how to leverage our setbacks for transformation. Using my personal experience as a domestic abuse survivor as well as my expertise in trauma and resilience practices, I will also help listeners learn the importance of trauma-informed language (including what to tell ourselves) and how to use our language to unlock our power instead of being stuck in our limitations. This presentation is about giving tools, language, and hope to anyone who is being held back by ‘what happened’.
MylestoGo Speaking and Consulting is a boutique speaking, coaching, and consulting group specializing in trauma-informed practices, resilience, and post-traumatic growth. Bringing both experience and expertise, MTG works with individuals and organizations promoting wellness through the lens of leveraging setbacks for transformation. MTG believes in Thrivorship not Survivorship.

Growing up connected to God, the Cosmos & Nature, she was plugged into her intuition. This connection quickly disintegrated being raised Religious. This deep practice of obligation to rituals outside of my BEing had her forgetting the sacred within. So much so that she ignored her intuition and was groomed by her Pastor from ages 15-28. Then she evoked forgiveness, and in that moment, the burden was lifted. As she healed, she felt safe to reconnect with my intuition allowing me to transmute my traumas. Now she will remind you how to do the same!

Devika’s curiosity for filmmaking as a teenager led her to work as an apprentice on film sets. From 1999 to 2022 she never once thought of career change and wouldn’t have it any other way. From working as an apprentice to directing a show for Prime Video while undergoing cancer treatment, Devika gained vast experience in film making. While film making is creatively satisfying, it taught her crisis management and a never-say-die attitude. She worked on 20 different films, shows etc. She is looking forward to making a film based on her special-needs child. Her sensibilities in movie-making are a reflection of her beliefs, a belief that one is privileged to be alive.
Devika was diagnosed with cancer in 2018. After a successful bone marrow transplant in October, 2018, she lost her husband in December, 2018. Devika’s biggest challenge was overcoming the grief caused by the loss. Her cancer returned and she was desperate to find help. She finally found help in Spain where she had to relocate her family for a 6 month treatment. Her treatment was succesful and she is in complete remission. She is ever grateful to her doctors, her family and friends for standing by her. Life stood by her as she never lost hope. Devika still believes that

Aiko will speak about her personal story, how and what she has learned about herself and the systems she was living in. She will share information about mindfulness- the science, history- how a mindfulness practice can improve the quality of life and we will close with a loving kindness mindfulness meditation practice.
She grew up with an immigrant single mother of three children, below the poverty line during the turmoil of the early 90’s in Los Angeles. Being a witness to the abuse in the home and then living through the systemic racism, classism and misogyny cultivated her feelings of low self worth. Her romantic relationships mirrored the way she felt about herself. She would tolerate mistreatment and infidelity to maintain the traditional family in structure in my home that she equated with her worth. Since making mindfulness a part of her daily ritual, her life has transformed. Her life might look the same from the outside but the lens that she views her life through is very different. They say life is like the big turbulent ocean and mindfulness is learning how to surf.

Life is about the perspective we choose rather than the circumstances that occur in our life. This is my story of love, loss and the power to choose.
Her husband and father of her 4 children was diagnosed with ALS and passed away.
Her “aha” moment was a question asked by her kids “Mom, are you ok?” This question became her superpower. It unlocked her strength and freedom. She was so busy trying to control her external world that she forgot to go to the very place where control and power actually existed-within her. She overcame her experience by a coaching principle that reads: “Each moment describes who you are and gives you the opportunity to decide if that’s who you want to be.” This became the mantra that she lived by.
She helps women by breathing life into loss-death, divorce, kids leaving home and even the loss of themselves. She helps them rise and unload what’s heavy. Find you again and compassionately fill you backup so that you can step into a new stronger vision for yourself, show up for your family and create the fulfilling life that you deserve.

How can a photo save your life? When life’s most difficult experiences occur, we escape to familiar resources like social media and impulse shopping to cope with devastation and loss. However, social media and shopping did not assist me. Gaynell gained her inspiration from one photo. This single photo led her on a journey to the collective memories and experiences of the women who came before her. Hear how a picture of her 2nd great-grandmother, Bell Jefferson, has served as a constant reminder of who she is when the world is falling around her. The memories etched into her mind have helped her through postpartum depression, natural disasters, hearing loss, and many other tragedies. Through the stories shared during this presentation, she will illustrate how she overcame the most challenging times of her life.
She uses my story to teach others how to find the heroes in their lives and how to use that knowledge as a source of strength in times of need. Our Mammy's makes people feel closer to their history. We merged genealogy with history to make it more personal. Through hands-on history and other interpretive skills, we share the stories of Louisiana’s African Americans through the lens of the founder’s ancestors—what they contributed, how they survived, why it’s important—so that future generations can understand what was sacrificed and be inspired by all the ancestors have accomplished in the face of adversity.

Jordana is on a mission to help women create a life of ease and flow. She is a mother of 8 (7 boys, 1 girl, one daughter law, and lots of farm babies) She's been married to my grade 7 crush for 21 years and she knew all to well what life was like living it for everyone else, trying to create "me" on the side, creating just enough, feeling tired, overwhelmed and lack of accomplishment in what she was creating.
From the outside I made it look easy, I was hitting goals and crossing off to do lists, taking classes, gaining knowledge, starting and running businesses and entrepreneurial ventures, but it felt heavy, tiring, and simply no fun at all!
It started with shifting the idea of building her life around her kids and husband, to building her life and dreams with them! There was no ease and flow, just go, go, go!! Working on herself and becoming a priority, she was able to work through barriers, set up healthy boundaries, become more self aware and lead with authenticity.
Fast forward a few years, her coaching business was created, they were purchasing properties, expanding business. She and her husband purchased a retreat/Airbnb property during Covid, plan to add a wedding venue option to the offering down there for 2023 and B.A.N.K.E.D Expectations- living a life of ease and flow podcast and 90 day B.A.N.K.E.D Expectations foundation mentorship program was born.
Jordana believes we all have a divine purpose and struggling isn’t one of them! She wants to help as many women as she can, upgrade their crowns and create a life they are excited to wake up for with ease and flow!

"The Spiral Path of Soul Sovereignty: Walking the Journey Home to Yourself With Love & Compassion"
9am, Friday, October 14
For decades. She tried to live according to the “rules” - ideas around success, happiness, worthiness, being good and nice and palatable that were not innately hers but that she adopted as real and true and necessary. She was careful to challenge what was expected - enlisting in the Marine Corps after high school instead of furthering her education in a more traditional way - but not be too disruptive while doing it - “succeeding” as a woman in a male-centered world largely by playing by the rules. Living in this way kept her focused on external validation; it felt like walking a tightrope and it was exhausting.
Ultimately, she found herself at a crossroads feeling alone, afraid and completely lost to herself. She was struggling under the immense weight of the stories whose influence she had lived under for more than 40 years. She was depressed and exhausted and knew that she could not continue to live this way.
She believes that all of life is a spiritual journey, one that leads us ever closer to our sovereign selves - the radiant and free souls we truly are beyond and beneath the reach of the learned patterns, conditioned responses and acquired masks of modern life.
The path home to ourselves - the one that puts us in close contact with our truest, most essential selves - follows the meandering way of soul and answers the call of mystery and wonder. It invites us to be in honest and loving relationship with ourselves and to trust life as it unfolds before us; it invites us to take an inner and outer posture of curiosity and openness to a fuller spectrum of possibility than we’ve been led to believe is possible; it invites us to remember that we are all radiant and sovereign souls designed to thrive in this lifetime.
A Soulful Space is a virtual healing arts studio with offerings designed to support you in coming home to yourself as a radiant, sovereign soul. We support women in living in peaceful and powerful connection to themselves, so they are free to be forces of love in their world.

When’s the last time you asked yourself, “What do I want?”
Over your lifetime, people, circumstances, and situations have taught you how you “should” be. I should do more. I should be less. I shouldn’t want that. I should silence my needs…
It’s time to Undo the Shoulds – to set down the thoughts, feelings, and expectations from others and embrace who you really are and what you truly want.
It’s time to reclaim the parts of yourself that you’ve unintentionally given away so you can live the life and business you actually want.
After 15 years in business Laura knows that when you trust yourself, everything you desire in life and business shows up. Laura started her branding agency from her couch when she was 6.5 months pregnant with her son. From bankruptcy, almost having to close her business twice, losing her entire full-time team overnight, and struggling with severe anxiety and depression.
Now, Laura teaches other women in business and change makers how to trust themselves and undo the thoughts, feelings, and expectations that were put on them so they can have the life and business they truly desire.
LauraAura is an Alignment Coach for driven female entrepreneurs to Undo the “shoulds” of life and business and reclaim the parts of themselves that they have unintentionally given away to people, circumstances, or situations so that they can have the aligned business they actually want.

She will be sharing her story of growing up with an alcoholic/drug addicted parent, how that experience formed her idea of what a relationship should be, and how it led her to enduring years of abuse. She realized when her parent tried to commit suicide and she started attending ACA meetings with them that she, too, had value and eventually found the courage to leave. Never did she imagine that she would be married, or own a home, or be a successful business owner. She did not think she would live past 25, and she wouldn’t have had she stayed. She shares her journey in hopes that it will provide strength to someone who needs it.
She is now serving others in transition. Career transition. She helps clients with their education, awareness, and discovery as they explore the opportunities available to them. She creates a safe space for them to consider their options and learn about ways to attain their goals, needs, and expectations. She encourages them to never give up on their dreams.
As a Career Transition Coach, she coaches individuals considering a career change and the possibility of self-sufficiency.

Erika Taylor Montgomery founded Three Girls Media, Inc. in June 2005. At the time she was at a crossroads. Following an award-winning 8-year public relations career, preceded by more than 10 years as a popular radio and TV host in the San Francisco Bay Area, Erika was torn: Should she dive into another stressful corporate public relations job with endless hours and thankless employers, or should she take another major career leap into something more rewarding? She realized as long as she was working for other people she was at their mercy. Erika decided to become an entrepreneur, start her own marketing & PR agency and forge her own path.
Seventeen years later, she’s experienced dozens of ups and downs, had over 100 employees pass through the organization, grown the business to a team of 12, served hundreds of clients in every industry imaginable, significantly expanded her service offerings and has made work/life balance – the initial motivation that started it all – a core tenant of her company culture.

"What I Learned About Becoming the Hero of My Own Health Story from Being Misdiagnosed with Leukemia… and How You Can Become Your Own Health Hero Too"
10am, Thursday, October 13
At the age of just 25, Lyn's life was completely turned upside down when she was diagnosed with leukemia. After being treated for that diagnosis for 3 years, repeatedly being told her treatment was working, yet seeing her health continually decline while she continually asked why she wasn't feeling better, Lyn learned she had to become the hero of her own health story.
From trying a wide variety of alternative healing approaches to continually questioning her treatment and diagnosis, Lyn learned she had to step into the role of becoming her own expert and advocate in order to find answers and solutions.
Heartfire Healing is dedicated to helping women with chronic health conditions to lessen or eliminate symptoms like pain, fatigue, or digestive issues so they can get back to the activities, work, and life they love. Lyn uses energy healing to help your body heal and hypnosis to clear limiting beliefs.

Mary Beth describes the abuse and trauma that drove her to teenage drug use, the chaos and misery caused by her addiction, and how she developed a personalized secular recovery plan that led to twenty-eight years of sobriety and success. Her story proves any addict can recover, but also that anyone can build a productive and happy life, no matter deep their pain or how much they’ve lost.
After she retired from her judge job, she developed a role for herself as an advocate for multiple and secular paths to addiction recovery. She finished her memoir, "From Junkie to Judge: One Woman’s Triumph Over Trauma and Addiction." She's had opinion pieces published in the Wall Street Journal and Philadelphia Inquirer. She is on the board for She Recovers Foundation and LifeRing Secular Recovery and speaks at conferences, recovery houses and on podcasts and radio.

Elaine has been nomadic and traveling the world for over 7 years, and during that time she wrote: "Humanized: The Journey Back to You Without Labels." She let go of the labels that made her a prisoner of her own life. Elaine will share the experience with others so they can do the same. The result is a more fulfilling life that is centered around YOUR spiritual, mental, and emotional needs.
In 2014, she woke up one day and looked at her apartment filled with things I needed to "support." She learned that in the Western world we seem to think that "work" is the center of our lives and everything else has to be accommodated around our employer's needs. She changed her life by supporting what SHE needed.
She has a Ted Talk called "The Power of Labels to Change Your Story", she visited most countries in Europe, and some in Central America. She went to Thailand to start getting acquainted with South-East Asia. Most recently, Elaine made a move to Europe. It all started with reviewing her labels and becoming aware of which ones were holding her back from her inherent freedom.

In college, Leah was raped (2 times) by men who she considered to be friends. In 2013 she became a mom, which is something she never had plans or dreams of becoming. In 2015 she was diagnosed with stage 4 heart failure and a rare form of genetic cardiomyopathy, causing her to lose my career, her independence, and possibly my life.
In 2016 she moved back to my hometown due to my health issues so her son could be raised near family. But moving back to her hometown proved to not be as idyllic as she thought it would be. She woke up in her mid-30s and had no idea who she was. Her marriage disintegrated, she had no career, she felt lonelier than she ever felt.
Leah is currently discovering who she is - learning that has likes and dislikes and they deserve to be honored just as much as she honors everyone else's likes and dislikes. She is learning that she has worth. It's an active journey and you're welcome to join her and listen along on my podcast.
She writes about and share my stories on my weekly podcast, The Leah Ideology Podcast, which debuted at #68 on Apple Podcasts and reached 1000 downloads within 22 days of launching and consistently maintains a 5.0 star rating on Apple Podcasts.
On the podcast, we talk about what makes life hard sometimes, we talk about real life stories, and we learn how important it is to root for each other along the way

Srimati was raised in white, patriarchal Utah amidst a staunchly Mormon religious upbringing. After enduring years of domestic and emotional abuse and neglect, Srimati chose to walk away from the religion of her heritage and bravely forge a path exploring the Feminine-Face-of-God to heal personal and ancestral trauma through unconventional means. Against the desires and will of her family, Srimati walked away from the trauma bonds that bound her to a dysfunctional family to take back her life. Srimati now teaches womb-bodied women how to connect with the Matriarchal Power within their own body and reclaim full autonomy.
Srimati is an artist and Interfaith Minister who specializes in creativity, Matriarchal Wisdom, somatic-womb medicine, and mythical-spiritual cosmology. I want to share my story with others as I decided I was not going to let this define me. In 2020, I went to see a medium, which led to my spiritual journey, and learned that we are in control of our own destiny. In 2021, I sold my house and business and moved from Canada to Texas. After the medical work was done came the hard part, rebuilding her life. Not sure of who she was anymore, Kathryn dug into nutrition, mindfulness practices, yoga, and the realization that cancer had given her a new outlook on life and that she needed to do something with that gift. An account of her journey through infertility, miscarriages and the pursuit of motherhood, Dr. Rai leads you down an unconventional way of finding her miracle rainbow baby. She will include her experience through a traumatic delivery, NICU and becoming a special-needs mama. After a diagnosis of PTSD, Dr. Rai learnt how to process her grief. The prompting of a still small voice inside, "Your pain won’t have purpose if it’s in private," has led her to openly share her journey. Has she arrived? Not yet, maybe she never will, but she's choosing to turn grief into giving, ache into action, and pain into purpose.
Hope for Cerebral palsy was started to enrich and support the lives of children affected with cerebral palsy and their families by proving access to private early intervention therapies so that they can achieve their full potential. To promote awareness and understanding of cerebral palsy, which is the most common motor disorder in children and to increase inclusivity towards people living with disabilities.

Marie-Claire has no memories of her childhood.
After years of struggling with depression and low self-esteem from undiagnosed cPTSD and ADHD, she picked up a camera in an attempt to remember her days and convince her brain that her life wasn’t as bad as her mind was telling her it was.
She knew this wasn’t meant to be her experience and was determined to become the person she felt was inside of her but wasn't ever able to access.
By using the camera to overcome her confidence issues, photography to find out who she was, and embracing creative self discovery to explore difficult emotions and heal childhood trauma, she created a business weaving her lived experience and full self expression into her mission and message helping other women live life, and business, unedited.

An ally is a person who makes a conscious effort to support marginalized individuals.
In this workshop we address how an ally can engage others with a conscious effort to understand the issues, resisting assumptions and a confrontational mindset (unless necessary).
Janet has always considered herself an ally for those who are marginalized in our society, but over the last few years she's realized that just thinking she is supporting others is not the same as being an active ally in the community and the workplace. She's been digging a lot deeper into how mindful awareness of self and others and emotional intelligence gives us the tools we need to create better relationships with people who are different from us. She's learned how to step up and represent with more than just lip service and to really be an ally. Consulting on diversity and inclusion strategies, team building and looking at how job applications and corporate structures marginize people in ways most of us are oblivious too.

Mama Wolf Publishing was founded to help children learn to self-regulate their many big feelings. Colleen’s book A Wolf Named Elvis empowers children and their adults to explore what creative actions bring them healing. It supports readers in feeling their feelings, flipping their scripts, and finding their own unique magic.
Mama Wolf has the mission of supporting and empowering women in being safe spaces for themselves and other women.
Colleen will tell the story of how she was a kid who carried the weight and secret of having a parent who was schizophrenic and bipolar in a world where stigma and shame are the norm when it comes to mental illness. This upbringing gave her a high level of empathy and the knowledge of how to find and be safe spaces in and for people. Colleen used these skills as an educator for over two decades, in writing her children’s book, and now to empower women to show up for themselves and other women as a safe space.

9am, Thursday, October 12
Jodie’s presentation, "Unshakeable Belief in YOU," is about building self-esteem and confidence, tapping into your inner wisdom, and being strong in who we are as individuals. Jodie will teach us about the importance of prioritizing our own personal care and growth, so we can go out and give back to our families and communities to create positive change in the world and serve others as our authentic and highest selves.
In her own personal growth journey, Jodie grew up being a quiet, shy introvert who was fearful of public speaking, but also highly intuitive with a strong desire to help others. In the process of becoming a mental health therapist for people dealing with trauma during the era of 9/11, she faced those fears to learn how to lead, be assertive, and build unshakeable belief in herself and her ability to help guide others along their own path to growth and healing. That pivotal time in Jodie’s life, and the past 2 decades of growth and learning as she built her career as a therapist and business coach, led her to become the confident speaker, coach, therapist and best-selling author she is now. Jodie founded Psyched Up Success in 2019, fulfilling her long-standing dream of having her own private mental wellness practice, working virtually with clients worldwide individually, as well as through her guided group hypnotherapy program The Clarity Collective, and her emotional intelligence course, The Emotional Empowerment Project.
Psyched Up Success was founded in 2019, combining Jodie Solberg’s two decades of experience as both a mental health professional and business coach and consultant. Jodie’s mission is to help people heal from trauma, find their voice, and create work-life harmony, passing those lessons on to the next generation.

We always celebrate our achievements, our success, we only emphasize the good part of our life, and we hide those shadows, whenever we have fallen, because we think we will be judged for it.
What if we learn to celebrate our failures, as teachers of life, as teachers of strength?
The Amazingal Project was born from the desire to help small and medium-sized female entrepreneurs to be successful both online and offline.
Valeria Pagano started a career in affiliate marketing almost 11 years ago as pure causality, first with E-commerce then moving to dating, crossing over the different topics.
In early 2017 she began her “career” as speaker and moderators during internationals online marketing summits, as The European Summit in Sitges, Gaelic Conference in Wicklow, Webmaster Access in Amsterdam.
She has been chosen as keynote speaker at Affiliate Summit in Las Vegas and New York and as speaker at the European Women in Tech for a presentation about confidence and sales techniques.
At this time she is consulting niche companies and small women-owned Brands to be successful, helping them to develop strategies (traffic, social, branding, e-commerce)

In a 7 year time period, my marriage crumbled, my parents and brother died. I was lost. My nervous system was on overdrive and I was struggling to cope. My blood pressure shot through the roof, stress levels were so high, it was a struggle to regulate. Emotions were on edge. In a yoga class, I realized I’d lost connection with myself. This class helped me begin to regain that connection. I’m now able to regulate my emotions, stay calm, utilize different self care depending on my needs, and highlight boundaries.
Now I teach others what I learned for myself.
I'm an overcomer. In the last several years, I’ve completely reinvented myself. My story is one of grief and loss. Taking that and turning it into passion, truly living, and business. In a 7 year timespan, my marriage crumbled, my parents and brother died. These events shook me to my core in a way I’d never dreamed. After finding myself through yoga and deep soul searching, I went through yoga teacher training and now I share with others the same mirror to themselves I was shown, using all aspects of yoga.

Ever wonder why you have a goal but never reach it? Or do you succeed for a little while but then return to your old habits? You may feel like whatever you are trying isn't working, and you can't understand what else you need or should do.
Or you may know what you need to but just can't get yourself to do it. It's not that you need to do more or have more willpower!
The reason for what's holding you back is because you have beliefs about yourself that are not in conflict with what you want. So if what you are believing and the actions you want to take are in conflict, your beliefs will win out every time.
That is why I'm whatever you want to accomplish in life all starts with what you choose to be believing. And the good thing is, you get to decide! When you take control and shift what you believe, that is when your actions and life change!
Nurses in her 16-week Weight Loss By Design Program learn how to lose weight in a sustainable way, not by the Band-Aid" approach the weight loss industry is providing them so they can conquer their struggles once and for all.
In the program, Karen works with Nurses by examining underlying causes of food, body and self-love issues. In doing so, they achieve food freedom and a whole new amazing relationship with themselves to live happy and fulfilling lives.
In doing so, they achieve food freedom, have more energy, have better relationships not only with others but with themselves, are less stressed and have the confidence knowing that they can keep the weight off for good.

Quiet Confidence: How To Overcome Public Speaking Fear and Be Authentically Confident As An Introverted Woman
Thursday, 3pm, October 13
Have you been nervous about public speaking for as long as you can remember?
Do you avoid the spotlight and miss out on opportunities because of your fear?
It's normal to be nervous about public speaking, but it's not ok for your nerves to hold you back and make you feel bad about yourself. Even if you prefer 1-1 conversations or solitude you can still be confident as a speaker and make an impact with your voice. In this empowering presentation, Julia will share with you:
- What introversion is (and isn't) and how to manage your energy so that you can be at your best when it counts
- How to get into and stay in your body even under pressure
- How to get out of your head when others are judging you (because they are)
- How to make an impact without emulating men or extroverts!
Speak To Inspire is a public speaking training company who specializes in supporting women with a history of public speaking nerves. We believe that even if a woman prefers solitude or one-on-one conversations over large crowds, she can still be an inspiring and confident communicator. We love seeing women learn to trust themselves to improvise, find their authentic voice and inspire respect from their audience.

A study from the University of Pennsylvania shows that today's woman, even though she now has more rights, education and opportunities, is less happy than the women in the 70s. Different scenarios are pointed at to explain why this is so but I agree with the one that suggests that even though women now have more opportunities, they are still subconsciously defining their happiness based on other people's expectations. They also now have more demographics to compare themselves with and are under a lot more pressure to appear successful in more categories than the 70’s woman.
Now more than ever, women are finding themselves looking successful but feeling empty and unhappy on the inside.
Today's woman needs to unapologetically prioritize her goals and achieve success in areas that are meaningful and fulfilling to her. She needs to become intentional about her happiness or she will drown in the pressure.
In this presentation I will share 6C’s that every woman needs to make her way back to her happier and joy-filled self. These are the tools that helped me and my clients transform our successful but gloomy lives into a lives that are truly filled with joy, regardless of what is happening around us.
BlissFilledLiving is a personal success coaching brand that creates workshops and digital resources which helps women to set and accomplish goals that fill their hearts with joy and fulfilment and their lives with happiness.

At first glance, one assumes that the student journey in one that is linear (i.e., register for a course- study-pass-graduate and get work) but in most instances, this is not exactly the case. With Higher Education institutions producing thousands of graduates annually on one hand, and the labor market unable to fully absorb this production on the other, the rise in graduate unemployed has been a visible challenge over the past 10 years for most African countries. With many intervening agencies addressing this issue, there are still many gaps. There is no clear vision of what the NEXT exactly looks like, but let’s unpack how the NEXT could be.
