Patricia Heitz is a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), somatic belief breakthrough facilitator, and cancer survivor who helps women transform the beliefs that hold them back.
Her journey began at fourteen with a suicide attempt that marked the start of decades of self-sabotage, rejection, and unworthiness. The culmination came years later with a kidney cancer diagnosis. Faced with the irony of once wanting to die but now fighting to live, especially for her children, Patricia’s “OMG” moment propelled her into studying the mind-body connection.
There, she uncovered the truth: her illness and struggles had been fueled by false childhood beliefs that shaped her entire life. Her “aha” was realizing that if beliefs could make her sick, new beliefs could make her whole.
Today, Patricia guides women worldwide through her D.A.R.E. Your Beliefs™ Method, helping them release limitation, reclaim resilience, and embody self-love.
