Why do we repeat patterns we consciously want to change?
Why can we understand our trauma, know our history, and still find ourselves making the same choices, recreating the same relationships, or responding from the same internal patterns?
Transformation does not happen simply because we gain new information. It happens when we learn to recognize the hidden architecture organizing our experience—and reclaim the capacity to participate consciously in its reconstruction.
In this experiential workshop based on Am I an Intentionalist? The Hidden Architecture of Transformation, Dr. Stefanie Bennett introduces the foundational principles of Intentionalism: a framework for understanding how perception, intention, consciousness, and participation shape the lived architecture of the self.
Participants will explore the difference between living reactively inside inherited patterns and becoming an Intentionalist—someone capable of recognizing the structures shaping their experience and consciously participating in transformation.
