Hope Whylie is passionate about helping women thrive in every season of life. With over 25  years in learning, leadership, and healthcare, she’s built a career creating spaces where people  feel seen, supported, and empowered. After years managing medical practices and consulting in  leadership development, Hope shifted her focus to an often-overlooked chapter—midlife. She  now brings humor, heart, and hard truths to conversations about menopause, identity, and  reinvention. Through workshops, speaking, and events, Hope encourages women to embrace  this stage as a powerful turning point, not a decline. She believes midlife is a comeback, not a  crisis—and her work blends real talk with practical tools to help women navigate change with  confidence, joy, and purpose.

Lyn Delmastro-Thomson helps sensitive, soul-led visionaries with a big mission to help more people stop being the best kept secret at what they do. She’s the go-to guide for those who are ready to feel safe being seen in the powerful work that they do in the world so they can make a bigger impact, without sacrificing their own sensitivity, gaslighting their feelings or frying their nervous systems.

Through her Unmuted Method, Lyn helps you heal the root of why visibility feels like danger, feel safe to be seen, and fully own the power of the life changing work that you do in the world.

Her approach blends hypnosis, somatic tools, nervous system regulation, and energy medicine—because for sensitive leaders, real transformation has to go deeper than mindset. It has to reach the body and the energy field.

Patricia Heitz is a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), somatic belief breakthrough facilitator, and cancer survivor who helps women transform the beliefs that hold them back.

Her journey began at fourteen with a suicide attempt that marked the start of decades of self-sabotage, rejection, and unworthiness. The culmination came years later with a kidney cancer diagnosis. Faced with the irony of once wanting to die but now fighting to live, especially for her children, Patricia’s “OMG” moment propelled her into studying the mind-body connection.

There, she uncovered the truth: her illness and struggles had been fueled by false childhood beliefs that shaped her entire life. Her “aha” was realizing that if beliefs could make her sick, new beliefs could make her whole.

Today, Patricia guides women worldwide through her D.A.R.E. Your Beliefs™ Method, helping them release limitation, reclaim resilience, and embody self-love.

Workshop Schedule

October 21, 2025

All times are Pacific Daylight Time

Samantha Karim

9am

 Be Bold. Be Confident.
Questioning whether your body makes you belong is exhausting—and it drains confidence from within. In a world that taught women to equate worth with appearance, it’s time to rewrite the story. Real confidence isn’t about perfection; it’s about presence. It’s strength built through practice and the courage to show up, even when it’s hard. Body confidence is a relationship you nurture—rooted in self-worth, not size. Question what you’ve been taught and rise above the noise.

Hope Whylie Cheeks

10am

Still Hot: Reclaiming Power, Pleasure, and Peace in Menopause”
Growing up, I watched my mother suffer in silence through menopause—her pain dismissed, her experience erased. That isolation wasn’t hers alone; it was shared by generations of women taught to endure quietly. When I later lost a dear friend to the same neglect and misunderstanding, I realized menopause wasn’t an ending but a powerful rebirth—a “second spring.” That awakening led me to found This. Is. Menopause. Inc.

Jackie Miller

11am

Rewrite Your Inner Script: The W.I.N. Method™The way you speak to yourself shapes everything—from your confidence to your courage. Those quiet inner scripts of self-doubt whisper you’re not ready or not enough, keeping you small. Using the W.I.N. Method™—Witness, Interrupt, and New—you’ll learn to rewrite your self-talk, transform fear into freedom, and speak to yourself like someone worth believing in. Step into your power and change your story, one word at a time.

Kathryn White

12pm

Melissa Nanavati

Shannon Foreman

Unlearning & Reclaiming: How Women Redefine Their Worth
Money isn’t just numbers—it’s the stories we’ve inherited about value, success, and enoughness. In this workshop, Shannon helps women uncover how shame, scarcity, and silence have shaped their relationship with money—and how to rewrite those narratives. Through reflection, group sharing, and practical guidance, you’ll move from self-doubt to self-permission and learn to build financial strategies rooted in your truth.

Patricia Heitz

3pm

From Self Sabotage to Self-Love: The Power of our Belief   Our bodies are wired for survival. This workshop explores where stress truly comes from, how it affects our physiology, and why our brains default to fear and tension. Through guided discussion and reflection, you’ll uncover the beliefs driving your stress, learn how negative patterns influence your health and choices, and shift toward a new default one rooted in self-acceptance, flexibility, and joy.

Lyn Delmastro Thomson

4pm

The Courage to Be Visible: Step out of the shadows and into your influence

This workshop will show you how to break free from the survival patterns that keep you hiding, filtering, or second-guessing your voice. If you’ve ever found yourself shrinking when it’s time to share your work, overthinking every word before you post, or disappearing after being vulnerable online, you’re not alone.

Sandi Johnson

5pm

Sisterhood Without the Mask: Building Authentic Friendships in a Filtered World

In a world of highlight reels and surface-level connections, many women are craving something real—authentic friendship that goes beyond brunch photos and text threads. This session is an invitation to strip away the filters, check the comparison at the door, and rediscover the power of sisterhood rooted in truth, vulnerability, and purpose.

Beth Hoffman

5pm

Build the Machines That Will Build Your Empire Join this 90-minute workshop with Beth C Hoffman of Simplex Automations and uncover the automation systems that reclaim 20–40 hours a week while growing revenue. You’ll learn the Five I’s Framework, explore six core business systems, and leave with templates and a 90-day roadmap to start building your first automated system today.

Stephanie Puente

From Shrinking to Shining: 3 Keys to Live with Greater Clarity, Authentic Confidence, and Purpose
Have you ever felt yourself shrinking to fit old roles or expectations that no longer serve you? Whether it’s perfectionism, people-pleasing, or fear of being “too much,” many women dim their light to stay safe or accepted. This transformative session will help you reconnect with clarity, confidence, and purpose so you can live more authentically—aligned, empowered, and fully alive.
